Looks like

While scavenging is still a viable way for a survivor to get hold of needed supplies, there is a real demand for hand-made weapons made from easily gathered materials. The gunsmiths aren't making guns any more, but any yahoo can create a spear. This is a book of schematics for the more elegant weapons of a more civilized age.
