Probe

Examines an object to determine the difficulty of disarming/unlocking it. If successful, it will also give you a bonus to your attempts to pick or crack or deactivate it.

Syntax

probe [alarm on] <target>
Probe the alarm on a <target> to assess difficulty of deactivation.
probe [lock on] <target>
Probe the lock on the <target> to assess the difficulty of picking it.
probe [lock on] <string> door
Probe the lock on a door to assess the difficulty of picking it.
